Largely self-taught painter Howard Ku enjoys painting Landscapes, Still life, People and Figures. He loves to recapture the stories through the brushes and oil paints to share his visions with viewers in various approaches.Currently he is a juried Active member of the Federation of Canadian Artists and member of the Richmond Artists Guild and Richmond Art Gallery. His paintings have been exhibited in many juried shows and Galleries including Richmond Art Gallery, Richmond Oval, Moncton Street Gallery, Richmond Art Coalition, FCA Gallery, Hong Kong City Hall and the YVR. His work is in the collections of many private homes in Hong Kong, Canada, France, Germany and the United States.
In 2008 his painting "At the Cellar" has received an "Award of Excellence" from the FCA Artists Choice Show.
